Session Overview

We incorprated in 2014 and at that time were a very small non-profit. We listed mysef, my wife, and one other person as the board.
At that time we had receipts less than $15,000 per year.
We have grown, will donations of over $100,00 last year and projected for this year. I need to talk to a non-profit lawyer as to whetjer we need to make changes to our founding documents or not, and what we need to take into account to make that deciison.
