We are an all-volunteer nonprofit. Our current website (https://www.roanokerefugeepartnership.org) is hard to update. It was developed 6 years ago by a student at a local university and only our Executive Director knows how to update it. We solicit donations through the website but fairly high fees are extracted by both Square Space and PayPal. We have a Facebook page that we update with news about the refugee families we support and upcoming events. We have an Instagram account that we don't know how to best utilize. We need someone to help us design an effective digital marketing strategy and create a new website that is easier to update that reduces our donation costs.
