Session Overview

Our program, Seen52, supports foster and homeless youth. They are a very tricky population to attract, and we're embarking on year 3. The first year, I felt we were underenrolled because everyone was recovering from the pandemic way of life, but this year, we are still struggling with underenrollment because the expected avenues of referral are not doing their part. In this next year, we have a line item to hire someone to focus solely on recruitment, and I'd like to look over my job description but also come up with creative ways to not just share information about our program but to get folks to register.
