Session Overview

We are instituting a 401(k) plan at our organization and would appreciate if someone could consult us regarding a few questions we have regarding language in the final plan before we sign it. We are looking for someone with experience dealing with 401(k)s who will be able to identify if the language in our plan is proper/normal or not. The representative from CAIR-NY you would be speaking to is Afaf Nasher, our executive director who is also a lawyer in NYS.
