Session Overview
We are about to develop our budget for this year and it has become clear that we need guidance on understanding best practices for non-profit budgets. For example, what percentage to spend on direct services. What percentage to keep in reserves, what percentage to spend on admin, how much to keep in reserve, and how much to invest in building the organization. We also want to ensure our budgeting practices comply with 501c3 requirements.
