Session Overview

I am looking for assistance with creating a business plan and budget for our nonprofit. We are still fairly new and need some guidance to create it correctly. I would like to attract sponsors and apply for grants in the future and need to make sure we're ready. I was also informed about a spending plan and would like to address that as well.
