It is our mission at Four Eleven Kitchen, Inc., to be a barrier-breaking food hub. Designed to empower, elevate, and establish a thriving food entrepreneurial community, and open pathways to food education, while closing the food insecurity gaps.

It is our vision to accomplish this by providing support to our local food economy through access to resources, community gardens, on and off-site learning hubs, and commercial kitchen spaces that are easy to work in; that embrace diverse food concepts for food enthusiasts and entrepreneurs. In addition, provide direct access to fresh local food for the community.
