Session Overview

We are a newly developed Nonprofit that recently transitioned from LLC to Nonprofit. Being new to the Nonprofit sector I would like to speak with a professional to ensure that we are on the right road for meeting Tax/IRS compliance and to ensure our books are setup correctly for a Nonprofit. We will soon be receiving grants and donations and need advice on allocating funds and making sure we are just doing things "correctly" legally and financially for a Nonprofit to stay in compliance and support future growth.
