- The Alliance for Bhikkhunis is an all-volunteer organization supporting Buddhist nuns who adhere to vows of poverty and rely 100% on support donations for their basic needs such as food, water, and shelter.
- Our organization supports internationally, including nuns living in areas of extreme poverty where donations are scarce.
- We seek help with setting up Quickbooks Online to generate monthly Treasurer's Reports and Annual Reports.
- We receive the majority of our donations from Paypal, Paypal Giving Fund, Donorbox, Facebook Donations, Mailed Checks.
- Reports are currently prepared manually by exporting transactions from these sources or manual tracking through Google Sheets.
- Your assistance in helping us set up Quickbooks Online will streamline the effectiveness of our organization in supporting gender quality in Buddhism.

Nonprofit Overview
Founded in 2007, the Alliance for Bhikkhunis is a US-based 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization committed to supporting ordained Theravada Buddhist women. Our focus is to support and protect the development of the international Bhikkhuni Sangha through education, sustainable economic empowerment, provisioning of health care, and organizing and mobilizing for a gender-balanced approach to Theravada monasticism.
