Session Overview
I would like to get some advice on strategic planning. For the past 10 years, we have operated off a small budget and small team (all volunteers) hosting events throughout the years. Now we have a location, new programs, and some part-time staff but not sure exactly what I should be putting my focus on to get to the next level for this company. Everything seems so important (HR development, fundraising, grants, future events, etc) but I'm the one working on the majority of all the projects and still only part-time. My brain is telling me we need more money to pay me full time and hire staff but how to do that all and stay on top of everyday items is what I'm struggling with.
