Session Overview
My Section 8 company brand Global Crisis Response (A Not for profit registered in India) came into existence since April 2021. Its board currents consists of two directors namely myself & my mother (who is inactive). The organization addresses global issues and will benefit immensely if it has a board knowledgeable, skillful and well connected across all sectors. I have a Big Picture perspective on the current human predicament but lack the Non-profit background, scholarship & administrative experience to put together the founding team members of the board.
In this regard i will be very glad to receive effective guidance from someone who has the expertise in Board Selection & Management in NGO or has personally put together such a board in circumstances similar to mine.

Global Crisis Response (GCR) is the flagship initiative of Orb Tranz Research & Broadcasting Foundation, a not for profit (Section-8 Company) registered in Mumbai, India and it came into existence in April 2021. We aspire to emerge as a leading Knowledge Portal and an action research based Transnational Think-Tank dedicated to create awareness about humanity’s existential crisis namely risks from Societal & Biospheric Collapse, exploring the best means to articulate & navigate the current era of the Anthropocene characterized by Climate Change, scarcity, chaos & uncertainty, forecast the future of trajectories human civilization & collectively explore alternative paradigms & transition roadmaps.
