Session Overview
TechnoServe is launching a 4-year program with a global financial services company which aims to provide a digital training package/toolkit for small businesses on e-commerce best practices.
The training content will initially include text, graphics, videos and quizzes on LMS platform. Then, we will adapt this curriculum to a chatbot platform (e.g., Twilio). Prior to adapting this content, we would like to understand how this chatbot fits into the overall toolkit and which elements of the learning path are best suited to the chatbot. For example, are chatbots primarily useful to drive recruitment or can they do more sophisticated skills transfer? Ultimately, we would like a set of hypotheses that we can test during the pilot phase of the chatbot.
