Session Overview
I am working with a 501(c)(3) organization that creates life-long housing options for adults with I/DD. We have a 5-year plan to obtain 23 properties and add 26 ADU's in the Greater San Francisco and Sacramento Valley. Currently, the organization is supported by volunteers and no paid staff. The organization's board understands that to be successful they need to hire (or contract with) staffing resources. They have a small amount of reserve (≈$100k) to get started. I am seeking advice and counsel about what retained staff should begin doing to build a solid foundation for growth.
