Session Overview

I would like a consult on how to solicit & find productive board members. I currently have 4 members; nevertheless, I would like no more than 7.
I'm currently looking for influential, creative and resourceful candidates with knowledge of non profits, marketing, partnerships, budgets, project execution and more. We're a 501c3 with a mission to facilitate change, growth and community. Individuals must be willing to pay yearly board member dues. They can live anywhere in the U.S. must have access to zoom and google meet.
