From this consultation we would like to gain more knowledge on how small non-profits like ours (4 total staff) manage best practices for managing the growth of coaches, volunteers, and part time contract workers in our network. As a youth sports org, we currently have 35+ coach and mentors that work for us, along with some part time marketing contract workers as well. As we aim to grow in the coming years, any advice on best practices for managing current employees (part time or full) would be greatly appreciated. The ideal fit would have HR and general operations experience with small non-profits.
