We hope to takeaway from this session advice on how to balance current program maintenance, with future program growth, especially with a small staff. For context, in 2019-20 we managed 23 youth wrestling programs all across Los Angeles - looking forward, we hope to grow that to 30 programs over the next several years. We would like perspective on how to manage growth of programs, and the subsequent process that ensure you're maintaining high-quality standards as you expand. Someone with experience with small youth sports profits that managed various programs as they grew would be the ideal fit.
