We hope to takeaway from this consultation a better understanding of planning practices for preparing social media, article/blog releases, and email communication to those in our network months in advance. We currently operate out of a google doc social media calendar for planning everything listed above. However, it would be helpful to get advice and tips on division of labor and planning, particularly for small non-profits like ours that do not have a full time marketing person. A consultant with experience and advice on managing marketing with limited resources would be the best fit.
