Session Overview
Our organization is looking to create a membership model, and we'd like some advice on how to best use Salesforce to keep track of membership. We already use it to keep track of our event participants' contact info and event attendees. We occasionally use it to make note of people who have donated and how much they've donated. We'd like insight into what kind of information we'd need to keep track of, what kind of integrations there are for our website to get members to sign up, and how we'd get Salesforce to have a membership section in a more technical sense.
