Our organization has recently received funding from NYC in the form of Discretionary Funding. This has allowed us to pay/hire long standing volunteers effective 7/1/2020. To date, we haven't been able to access the funding due to NYC Passport issues so we need advice in how to backdate salaries upon receipt of the award. We are asking for help in business development, HR, Finance, payroll and any Non Profit legalities for NYC Non Profits.
