We hope for an expert to advise us on existing and/or new templates for employee contracts. We would like a review of our existing contracts and policies, help developing an employee handbook, and to develop templates for future contracts.Farm Discovery is almost 15! We empower youth and families to build and sustain healthy food, farming, social and natural systems on our working organic farm. We have done some hiring over the years and it is time to write an employee handbook, safety manual and COVID prevention plan.We have great policies in place and have though through much of what needs to now be documented.
