Our people are what make our organization so effective. We are specifically interested in coaching services on the following areas:
Leadership Development:
Transition Support:
Goal Setting and Accountability:
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness:
Personal Well-Being:

As the leader of our organization, our Executive Director plays a crucial role in driving our mission forward and making a positive impact in the lives of homeless veterans. By volunteering your time and expertise as an executive coach, you can help support our Executive Director in navigating the challenges of leadership and maximizing their effectiveness in leading our organization.

As an experienced executive coach, you have valuable insights, strategies, and techniques to share. By volunteering with us, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to support a new leader in developing their leadership skills, building their confidence, and overcoming challenges.

If you're passionate about helping others succeed and making a difference in the lives of homeless veterans, we invite you to join our team as a volunteer executive coach. Together, we can empower our Executive Director to lead with confidence, compassion, and effectiveness, and ensure that U.S. VETS Inglewood continues to thrive.

Our organization is primed and ready to make this important investment. We are hoping that our volunteer can meet with our Executive Director 1 time per week for 60-90 minute coaching sessions.
