We are looking for an outstanding copywriter who can help us share stories about the amazing individuals we work with, the challenges going on in our community and the support we offer. We'd like to create 6 blog posts over the next 6 months to share our stories and build awareness about our organization and those we serve.

We have been hard at work over the last 5 years serving our community and fulfilling our mission, but now we need to tell more people about what we do.

Named after the year Palm Beach County was founded, 1909 is a non-profit 501(c)(3), organization and community dedicated to the holistic growth of founders & freelancers who give a damn about building a better tomorrow. We currently serve over 200 diverse entrepreneurs, technologists, creatives, and small business owners through our membership. We have been supporting our community for 5 years and have become the nucleus of the creative class in Palm Beach County.

Right now we see the need for increased awareness and connection between our organization, those we serve, and the greater community. We want to educate people on the importance of entrepreneurship and small business ownership in community. Right now there is a huge boom of large businesses and corporations coming to our area and the small business community needs a strong voice to stay relevant and supported.

Creating blog content to share with the community will allow us to build awareness about the work we do, allowing those who need our services to find us and increase can our opportunities for sponsorship, partnerships, building our mentor network.

We have a brand and culture guide sharing our brand voice and details that would be needed to accomplish this. We have topics to chose from, testimonials and other pre-written content that can be used when needed.

Once the blogs are finished we will add them to our website and share out through our channels (email newsletter, social media, slack).
